5. Ticket Reservation and Sales
Pretix (Ticket System)
For processing ticket reservations and sales, we use Pretix, a self-hosted open-source ticket system. The data is processed on our own server at Hetzner in Germany.
When making a ticket reservation, we collect:

- Names of ticket holders
- Ticket category and quantity
- Order time
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract.
Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.
Payment Processing (Stripe)
